I've had my storm door for over three and a half years. While mowing my lawn a rock shattered the glass in my storm door. I was a bit hesitant about contacting Dion from Design Custom Storm Doors. Since some companies customer service is less friendly after the purchase is made and the damage isn't part of their warranty. However, this wasn't the case with Dion. He asked me to take a picture of the door and send it to him. Once he got the picture he ordered me a new glass at a reasonable and fair price. Thanks Dion, awesome customer service!!!

Very satisfied with the service. I wanted to buy and install a storm door at my place. Dion was very nice to come to my place in 2 hours of my call and showed me the catalog and price. Once I confirmed, he and Joe were able install it next day as promised. The door looks beautiful. Thank you for service.
